One on One Baking and Cake Decorating Classes

In Your Home, On Your Schedule!

Have a birthday or an event coming up and you want to make a cake for it?

Children from the ages of 12 to adult- 2 People maximum

$35 per hour plus the cost of ingredients

I will provide all the ingredients and supplies necessary for you to make a fabulous cake!

*Tiered cakes

*Fondant cakes

*Shaped cakes

*Make buttercream

*Bake any cake

*Make mousses

Classes are 2 days and are from 4-7 hours (Days must be consecutive)

1^St Day:

*Scaling ingredients your choice either in Metric or Standard

*Baking your cake

*Making the board for the cake

*Making the filling for your cake

*Making the buttercream for your cake

*Splitting and filling your cake

*Crumb coating your cake

Approximately 2-3 hours

2^nd Day

*Frosting your cake

*Covering your cake in fondant

*Making the decorations for your cake

*Decorating your cake!

Approximately 2-4 hours

*You must have an oven and refrigerator to fit your size of cake and board, and a table approximately

5 ft long to work on (dining table will do) if you do not have a table I can provide one.
