                     USO 67th Birthday

USO (United Service Organizations) of northern California, located in the

San Francisco International Airport

celebrated their 67th birthday in March 2008. 

They are a nonprofit, charitable organization

who provide services to the men and

women of the armed forces.

                      "Gu" Energy Gel

The cake was a HUGE hit!! First of all

when I saw it I started jumping up and

down because I was so happy at how

perfectly it turned out.

Then at the party, everyone was AMAZED

at how it looked exactly like the GU packet!

My husband was so surprised and

excited he just kept laughing and

laughing in disbelief. We always joked

that "GU" is his favorite "dessert" so it was

just the perfect cake for his 40th birthday.

It was the highlight of the party and everyone

is still talking about it today. Plus, of course,

everyone wanted to know how such a cake

could also taste SO good! Everyone loved it.
